Our newest partner, Alexandra N. Ryan joined Evantec in 2006 bringing with her significant expertise in Compliance, Change Management and Learning Solutions.

Paul Bogner
President, Practice Manager: Research and Development
Paul Bogner received his PhD. in Pharmacology from USC. He then received degrees in microbiology and chemistry. Paul has worked for major pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers such as Sterling Drug and Sterwin Chemical for over 40 years. He gained additional business success from pioneering a medical device company to develop products for the handling of hazardous materials and to protect the staff in the handling and disposal of these materials. He developed and holds the patent on several devices, including the first Sharps Container for the disposal and safe storage of used needles.
Paul's background includes new business development, marketing and research in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. Paul Bogner has worked as a consultant to companies in each of these industries and has pioneered new projects in all aspects of product development including R&D, packaging, FDA, marketing and sales. Paul has extensive experience in the development and patenting of products as well as FDA audits and risk management and quality systems and policies.

Ann Nelson
Vice President, Practice Manager: Marketing and Communications
For more than 25 years, Ann Nelson has developed innovative products and services for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, specialties include the psychology of leadership, negotiations and peak performance goals. Development of human resources and their role within an organization and the utilization of personnel to their strengths to achieve maximum employee success and satisfaction. Her achievements include the successful development of two medical device marketing and distribution corporations and their acquisition by Fortune 500 companies with a 500% ROI for investors.
What began as a commitment to develop products that would transform the quality of care in the medical industry, transformed into the development of products as well as the mentoring of individuals. With work experience with several Medical device and Pharmaceutical companies, Johnson & Johnson, McNeil Laboratories, BioMed Resources, Medical Action Industries, BioPlate, etc. With a proven track record of the development of products for the medical industry, Ann continues to offer services on a consulting basis to companies that want to grow both in terms of sales as well as in employee potential.
